Are you Selling or Telling?

What I mean by this question before you answer for you or your team, is this; are you just selling at every appointment or are you telling yourself to shut up and listen? Listening to learn, listening to add value, listening to build trust, listening for the right questions that can add value, provide the right solutions and results?
